Simply eat three of our food packs a day along with portion controlled meal.  There is a limit of one bar per day, but there are no restrictions on the other food packs.

Each eontu food pack provides you with 25% RDA of your RDAs of the essential vitamins and minerals that your body needs… so you must make sure that you either have a varied selection of vegetables in your portion controlled meal or that you take a full spectrum multi-vitamins or mineral supplements.
