The Eontu Man Plan Diet from Peake Health

Men, because of their metabolism, tend to require that little bit extra to maintain their energy levels.

We recommend adding an additional food pack to your diet, which would increase your calories (and energy levels) to 800 Kcal per day.  

Simply select the diet plan for your journey (ie the Full Plan, the Lighter Plan, or the 5:2 Diet) and add an extra meal to each of your dieting days.
